Fitment help & returns

Motor parts fail when the wrong SKU lands on the right car. This page outlines how we help you get it right — and what happens if you need to send something back.

Fitment process

  1. 1

    Share vehicle details

Send make, model, year, and engine size — or a photo of your reg disc. For tyres, send sidewall size photos front and rear if they differ.

  2. 2

    We verify against listing data

Our team cross-checks manufacturer fitment lists and workshop experience. If a part is ambiguous, we pause the order and call you — we do not ship “maybe” items.

  3. 3

    Install or DIY

Collect for your own mechanic, or book fitment at Mapanga. Labour is quoted separately from the part price on the shelf.

Returns & exchanges

Unused spare parts: Return within 7 calendar days of collection or delivery, in original packaging, unopened where applicable. Electrical items and special-order SKUs may be excluded — we flag these before you pay.

Tyres: Unmounted tyres in sellable condition may be exchanged within 7 days if the size was ordered incorrectly by the customer and stock is available. Once mounted or balanced at our workshop or anywhere else, tyres are non-returnable for safety and traceability reasons.

Fitment errors on our side: If we supplied a part that does not match the agreed vehicle description and the item is unused, we replace or refund the part price at our discretion. Labour or third-party fitment costs are not automatically covered unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Refunds: Approved returns are refunded in the same tender where possible (USD cash, EcoCash, or bank transfer). Processing may take up to 5 business days after we inspect the goods.
